AI in practice DK

Get AI to solve concrete tasks — without a big IT project.

Most organisations don't need to start a project. They need to pick the first task.

Services

What I offer

We start with one concrete task. The answer might be a routine that solves it the same way every time, a link between the systems you already have, or sparring and training so you can carry on yourselves.

Free

Scoping call

45 minutes online. You'll hear whether the task is a good fit — including when it isn't.

Routines for everyday work

One task, solved the same way every time — what Claude calls a skill. From a simple instruction you upload yourselves to an advanced one with code built in, in a git repository in your name.

Your systems, joined up

The task fetches what it needs by itself — from Notion, SharePoint, Jamie or your databases. You keep what you have; it just starts working together.

Scheduled runs

Whatever repeats gets done on a schedule — without anyone having to ask.

Ownership and follow-up

The material is in your name. How much you take over yourselves is something we agree on — and we follow up once it has been in use.

Sparring, advice and training

Sparring on your ideas and advice on where to start. Training in what you already use — or in building yourselves, alone or together with me.

Price

The scoping call is free. After that you get a fixed price for the task — or for a package, if there are several. The price depends on how much needs to be set up around it.

The same goes for sparring, advice and training — the price is agreed before we begin.

Example

What it could look like

Bølgen Kayak & Coffee doesn't exist. The tasks do. Pick one and watch what happens, from the message being written to the result being ready.

Write a quote for Skovbakke School. 48 pupils, kayak trip on 14 May. Their email is in the inbox.

Routinequotes-for-groups

  1. Reads the email from the school: 48 pupils, 2 teachers, 14 May 9–12
  2. Checks the calendar: 14 May is free, 30 double kayaks available
  3. Looks up prices: school group, 24 kayaks, 2 guides, hot chocolate for everyone
  4. Writes the quote from your template

Quote – Skovbakke School 14 May.docx

48 pupils in 24 double kayaks with 2 guides, 3 hours on the fjord. Life jackets, dry bags and hot chocolate included.

Price DKK 9,600 incl. VAT.

Mette reads it through before it goes out.

Everything in the example is made up — except the way it runs.

How a routine runs

Input: a short description of the task to be solved.

What happens: the routine gets going and solves the task according to its instruction — fetching material from your documents and systems along the way.

Output: structured, consistent documents — a quote, a case note, a draft report, a summary of a folder of documents.

It still needs reading through before it leaves the building.

Input: nothing from you — the run is set up once.

What happens: it starts by itself at fixed times. Nobody has to remember it, and nobody has to press anything.

Output: a data extract, an updated overview, a weekly report — and one message when there is something to act on.

Someone has to act on the message. A run nobody looks at is no help.

What you're left with

The parts are usually the same, whether it's a routine or a scheduled run. Click through them.

The instruction. What the task is, which material it uses, and what a good result looks like. Plain language — not code. It's the part a specialist on your side should be able to edit.

Who you'll be talking to

Martin Grove

Martin GroveAI consultant

I have more than 10 years' experience as a consultant, technical project manager and system owner in public-sector organisations, and have been responsible for systems all the way round (development, operations, budgets, suppliers, tendering, implementation, migration).

I run the business alongside my full-time job, by agreement with my employer. There is no middleman. You talk to the person doing the work. The focus is on solving concrete tasks — and on you owning what gets built.

I have used AI tools such as Claude intensively on my own systems and projects.
